Jeannot Potvin, MD, is a Cofounder and Clinical Director of Spiralis Medical and a member of its Board of Directors.

Jeannot is an active staff cardiologist in general and interventional cardiology at the Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CHUM) since 2011, with privileges spanning diagnostic hemodynamics, coronary angioplasty, and structural and valvular interventions, and an associate staff cardiologist at Hôpital Charles-Le Moyne since 2014. He was promoted to Clinical Associate Professor with tenure in the Department of Medicine at Université de Montréal in 2025, following 14 years as a Clinical Adjunct Professor, and has served as an Investigator Researcher in the cardiometabolic axis of the CHUM Research Centre (CRCHUM) since 2013.

Jeannot brings extensive device development and clinical advisory experience. He has served on a number of early and late-stage medical device companies and has served as a clinical specialist at Accellab (Charles River), since 2012, overseeing more than 200 preclinical animal implantations of transcatheter valves and structural heart devices.

Jeannot earned his MD from Université de Montréal (2002), followed by his Internal Medicine residency (2006) and Adult Cardiology degree (2008), and completed Interventional Cardiology fellowships at Hôtel-Dieu du CHUM and at Monash Medical Centre, Monash University, in Melbourne, Australia (2009–2011).
